Devorah Grant-Fleischer Back
Devorah is the Executive Assistant and Registration Chair of Bridges to Jobs where
she provides direct support to its Founder and Executive Director as well as the Advisory Board as a whole.
Since joining this group in early 2009, Devorah has provided key assistance to the
Executive Director with the weekly presentations on which Bridges to Jobs is built. She also proactively sets the welcoming and supportive tone for first-time visitors and the newly unemployed by overseeing the registration process of those who want to join our group.
She is also responsible for maintaining the Bridges to Jobs brand of hospitality which provides a comfortable, warm and hospitable place for members and visitors to meet, connect and network in an emotionally safe and supportive environment.
Devorah is a graduate of San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in
Speech Pathology, and holds both Multiple Subject and Special Education teaching
credentials.
