Paul Hughes Back
Paul is an initial founding member of Bridges to Jobs and is also a credentialed educator with the Fremont Unified School District.
His experience as an educator, trainer and helping people in job search, resume writing and interviewing comes from over 24 years as a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with one of the nation’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers where his skills consistently ranked him among the company's top sales achievers. Among his awards during that time were the Distinguished Service Award, Regional Representative of the Year Award, Institutional Representative of the Year Award, Regional Business Directors Award, and the honor of being selected as a member of the President’s Pinnacle Club. In addition, as a Certified Toastmaster and a Toastmaster Past President, he has also worked with and trained club members in various speaking skills and styles directly related to interviewing success.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he was on the Dean's List and a member of Psi Chi National Honor Society. He is also a graduate of the Fred Pryor Management course in Human Relations and the Dale Carnegie Sales and Management program.
